1. The case for a technical framework to support MLEs and e-Learning
If a framework is worthwhile it must lead
to benefits for teachers and learners and for
institutions. It is our belief that the framework will provide support for this and we
describe very briefly the benefits it offers to teachers and learners and to institutions.
